// Andrés Mattar - Operations Director

Andres is a Licensed Architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, with more than 10 years of experience in construction, specialized in logistics. In 2008 joined Lend Lease as Assistant Project Manager, and since then served in different areas of the company. From 2014 to 2016 Andres worked at DYPSA and CRIBA, two major Argentine construction companies, leading the technical services departments.

In 2016 he joined Sposito & Asociados as Preconstruction Director.

Education

2011 – Architecture, Design and Urbanism Faculty, University of Buenos Aires (FADU UBA). Architectural License degree.

2002 – Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, Bachiller.

Professional Experience

During his career Andres performed tasks related to budget analysis, coordination of suppliers, contractors and general management,logistics and safety plans at work, coordination of safety audits, implementation of global minimum requirements (Lendlease corporate requirements), development of 3D programming and coordination of construction digital simulation.

Both in S&A and as a Faculty professor he specializes in BIM tools to develop coordination of facilities and the general logistics in construction sites.

Among other projects in Argentina he participated in: Merck, Sharp & Dohme Argentina Pilar Laboratory, S.C. Johnson Argentina – SC Johnson & Son corporate offices, Carrefour R202, San Benito Abbey office building, S.C. Johnson & Son Industrial Plant, Al Río shopping mall, HSBC Headquarters, Villafañe 1262/86 Residential Buildings , HSBC Branches, Torcuato Di Tella University, Oscar Lescano Hotel (Mar del Plata), Hotel por la Liberación Nacional (San Bernardo), Aluen Urbanization, Hudson Park Urbanization, BAPRO Office building.
