  • Project and construction management

    This covers the technical and administrative tasks essential for the construction efficiency required by the project. S&A assigns personnel to coordinate the activities of all participants and supervise the work during pre-construction and construction. The selected contractors guarantee the price, deadline, and quality of the work. S&A is responsible for the contracting process and the supervision of the various contracts.

  • Program management

    S&A manages multiple contracts for the same client in various locations. It designs and implements the necessary services in multiple locations for each one, according to their specific needs.

  • Owner's representative

    S&A can serve either as an advisor to the Owner’s in-house staff or as an advocate, directly overseeing all aspects of preconstruction planning and construction. In either role, S&A will keep the Owner fully informed with regular and detailed reporting, and act on the Owner’s behalf to actualize client direction and control.

  • Site selection

    S&A has an experienced team with knowledge of the local market that coordinates the search for sites according to client needs in order to subsequently establish the appropriate processes, policies, procedures, and systems for the project to operate efficiently from the outset.

  • Technical and strategic consulting

    Consulting services typically include preconstruction evaluations and recommendations, budgeting and scheduling, the bidding and award of subcontracts, and the monitoring of the design phase and those consultants involved. Construction phase services will involve the tracking and documentation of construction progress and quality.

  • Engineering

    Taking into account the client's requirements, S&A handles the engineering and executive documentation for the project.

  • Feasibility studies for Real Estate investment projects

    S&A team participates in the search and management of opportunities for the development of new Real Estate projects, working together with the client for the study, search and land valuation.
