Marcelo Waldman

Specially prepared for the analysis of subcontracts and budgets in the legal and financial aspects. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects, where he gathered a vast experience in quality control and cost analysis.

He studied civil engineering at the National Technological University (UTN).

Has worked for various companies, including Lend Lease, Iberoamericana, and Torcuato Di Tella University, managing purchasing and contracting, providing services as a client representative, contract administrator, advisor on all matters related to contracting, project advisor, and construction supervisor. He also has extensive knowledge of LEED certifications.

Has been involved in new projects and works within historic buildings (refunctionalization within protection regulations), both in the pre-construction and construction phases.
