Building responsibly
- Sustainability best practices. We develop and implement a comprehensive waste management plan, erosion and sedimentation control plan, water management plan, indoor environmental quality, noise and vibration control in every project.
- Life comes first. Safety, health and wellbeing at the workplace comes always first. We have zero tolerance to any decision that might put people’s lives at risk.
- Professionalizing the market. We founded in 2007 the Argentina Green Building Council (AGBC), a non-profit organization full member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and the World Green Building Council.
Building community
- Investing in future. We collaborated in the creation and we are now members of the jury of the Argentine-British Chamber of Commerce (CCAB) Sustainable Leadership Award.
- Sharing knowledge and experience. We believe that sharing our collective knowledge and skills contributes to improve market standards, and so we are always willing to share our expertise..
- Active social participation.We aim to put people's wellbeing first. We partner with selected charities and community bodies in which we believe. The S&A team collaborates regularly with institutions such as Habitat for Humanity, Fundación Programa Integrar, and Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
