We manage the entire facility delivery cycle on complex, multi-building programs on multiple sites. The focus of Program Management is to become the owner’s in-house consulting expert for all aspects of the capital project process. S&A directs and coordinates the project team from feasibility planning through project implementation and operation.
We have a fully qualified team for the general construction of buildings under the lump sum contract, Cost plus Construction Management fee and GMP.
Project management gives us the maximum opportunity to positively affect the outcome of a client’s project by injecting our experience and knowledge at the earliest planning stages. Construction Management brings our experience and knowledge to the project during the design phase, working with the architect and engineers to achieve the optimum cost, schedule and product quality. Our team is responsible for the coordination of the whole process during preconstruction and construction.
We know the local market extensively. Our team coordinates the search of sites according to the needs of the client, to subsequently establish processes, policies, procedures and the adequate systems that allows for an efficient operation from the beginning of the project.
We actively participate in the design process by carefully analyzing the design and engineering. During the design phase, we utilize the expertise of S&A's Technical Services professionals who possess the expertise to provide our project teams with advice on schedule, budget, materials, constructability, mechanical systems and value engineering.
Consulting services typically include preconstruction evaluations and recommendations, budgeting and scheduling, the bidding and award of subcontracts, and the monitoring of the design phase and those consultants involved. Construction phase services will involve the tracking and documentation of construction progress and quality.
S&A team participates in the search and management of opportunities for the development of new Real Estate projects, working together with the client for the study, search and land valuation..
S&A can serve either as an advisor to the Owner’s in-house staff or as an advocate, directly overseeing all aspects of preconstruction planning and construction. In either role, S&A will keep the Owner fully informed with regular and detailed reporting, and act on the Owner’s behalf to actualize client direction and control.
